Projects: Mega 6 Lamp CFL Grow Light!
Put some light in your garden today!
By using products readily available at your local home center, you too can build this awesome grow light! Heck, you might even have some of this crap lying around the garage. Either way, this guide will take you through the steps to build your very own MegaLux CFL grow light. Great for sprouts, vegging and tight spots. Swell in pairs...
Start by flexing the duct, that will become the reflector, for the light fixture.
This will open the radius and make the duct a little easier to work with.
While they have been rolled, you still will want to watch the sharp edges.
Next we'll make the first bend, about an inch or two up from the edge.
Using a work bench or similar, lock the duct into place.
Now...pull!! Ok, not so hard but you get the idea.
Using a hammer and something hard, beat the bend into a nice tight edge.
